The EMC-1 is a single-channel, fully automatic catalyst evaluation device designed for the catalyst development and screening stages. It significantly reduces time and labor requirements. This device utilizes microreaction technology at its core and is built on a fully automated process control system to ensure optimal reaction efficiency.   • The system can be monitored and controlled remotely via a mobile phone (Android), eliminating the need for on-site staff. 

  • Features a finely tuned subdivision drive with pressure control accuracy of less than 0.1 MPa. 

  • Utilizes non-linear fitting technology for accurate positioning of preset pressure levels. 

  • Includes an optional automatic pressure reducing valve and automatic back pressure valve that work in tandem to manage the entire process of adjusting the reaction system's pressure. 

  • One-key operation can easily set reaction conditions and start the process with a single button press, streamlining system initialization.

  • Intelligent management software can integrate with inline chromatography to automatically manage reaction conditions and sample content, providing analytical conclusions efficiently.

Gas-Liquid-Solid Reaction Type

  • Compact dimensions: 608 x 450 x 508 (D x W x H, mm)

  • Features a continuously operating high-pressure syringe pump with a minimum flow accuracy of 0.0001 mL/min.

  • High-pressure gas-liquid separation allows for continuous gas-liquid separation within a high-pressure system. It includes a gas-liquid separator with a volume of 3.5 mL. 

  • The system has a small total liquid retention volume of less than 10 mL, resulting in a short equilibrium time.

  • Equipped with a gas-liquid micromixer, it ensures efficient gas-liquid mixing.

  • The steady flow valve at the liquid outlet automatically adjusts the opening size based on the liquid level height detected by a tolerance sensor (accuracy: ±0.05 mL), enabling continuous outflow of liquid products.

  • A 16- or 100-slot automatic sample collector can be connected in series to collect products into sample bottles for further measurement and analysis.

  •  An optional automatic sample collector can perform inline sample dilution to prevent exceeding detection ranges due to high sample concentrations.
